Product Description
Transfer membrane sponges are used in Western blot experiments to provide support during protein transfer, ensuring tight binding between the membrane and the gel so that proteins can be stably transferred onto the membrane.
Our product comes in pre-cut sizes, with dimensions of 7×9 cm and a thickness of 5 mm. During the transfer process, a "sandwich" structure of "sponge-filter paper-gel-membrane-filter paper-sponge" is created, using one sponge on each side each time, paired with transfer filter paper.
Storage and Transportation
Store and transport at room temperature, preventing moisture exposure for long-term effectiveness.
Precautions
Repeated use may affect the sponge's resilience. Please replace the transfer membrane sponges regularly to ensure optimal transfer results.
